We love welcoming guests at Breckenridge!

We understand that visiting a church can often be intimidating and overwhelming. We pray from the moment you arrive at Breckenridge you feel comfortable and at home.  Please use the resources listed below to get aquatinted with Breckenridge and help answer any questions you may have.  We look forward to meeting you and getting to know you.  Let us know you are planning on being with us by clicking the orange "Plan Your Visit" button on the bottom of your screen.

What will Breckenridge Church be like when you visit?

As our guest, we want you to feel comfortable and welcome as you join us for worship. After parking, make your way to one of our main entrances at either side of the church. At the door you will be greeted by a friendly face and given a copy of our weekly bulletin and a guest packet.  If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask them!

If you have children, our greeters will be happy to talk with you about the options available for them (Sunday School, Life Groups, Ridge Kids, Children's Church, etc.). If you join us for the 10:00AM Sunday School/Life Group time, they can also guide you to a group for you to visit that morning.

Our Sunday morning services begin at 11:00AM and usually end around 12:15PM. A normal worship service for us incorporates prayer, worship, an offering, and relatable message from the Word of God. We have a "blended" musical style which means we incorporate many recent worship songs with our worship team and also include one or two traditional hymns during the service.

You are invited to come as you are, whether it's a suit or blue jeans that you are most comfortable wearing. We are a multi-generational church and so you will see everything from a coat and tie to jeans/shorts and a tee shirt.

If you have children, and visit during our Sunday School/Life Group hour, our Welcome Team will direct you to the children's area where you and your child will meet their teacher. During the worship part of our services we encourage Children to be with their parents.  Towards the end of worship we have a Childrens Message where Mrs. Chris will present a message for the children up front. After the Childrens Message they are given a snack and dismissed to Childrens Church in the Fellowship Hall.  Children are also welcome to stay with their parents during the entire worship services.

We consider children to be a gift and a blessing and so take the safety of our children very seriously. All of our Childrens workers have been approved by the church to serve in that capacity.  As an added measure, we have a security team each week and all doors are locked shortly after services begin. Should you be late, security will be happy to let you in and assist in any way possible.

If God is working in your life, we would love to hear about it! During our worship service every Sunday morning, we have a time of response for people to respond to what God is doing in their life. You can take this time to pray quietly, kneel at the altar for prayer with others, or to talk with a pastor.

If you are interested in being baptized or joining our church family, you can talk with a pastor during this time or by contacting them directly during the week.

We have a number of ways that you can be involved in the ministry of our church family both as a guest and as a member of our church. One of the best ways to discover how you can be involved is by talking with one of our pastors.

We also highly recommend that you check out one of our Sunday School/Life Groups on Sunday mornings at 10:00AM. These are wonderful groups where we gather together to study God’s Word, care for one another, and serve both our church family and the world. In many ways, we consider these groups to be a core part of who we are as a church family.
